Community Notification: February 2026

A community notification has been issued to Canyonleigh Road residents about February 2026 works, including drone road surveys — check your letterbox.

EnergyAustralia is progressing early investigations to support planning and approvals for the proposed Marulan GasFired Power Station and its associated gas pipeline.

During February, you may notice three separate types of activity in the area along Canyonleigh Road (see map).

This work does not involve construction, night works or access to privately owned land. Work will occur only within the road corridor or on land owned by EnergyAustralia.

We appreciate your cooperation as we progress early studies and land management activities for the proposed Marulan Gas-Fired Power Station.
